ZGS/GZH is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Lead to join our team in Harare. This pivotal role requires a professional with a strong track record in HR strategy, operations, and people management to support our growing and diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Support leadership in workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
• Champion company culture, staff wellness, and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR data systems and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, with supervisory or leadership exposure.
• Solid understanding of Zimbabwean labor laws and HR frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• German language skills are an added advantage.
