The project was developed to explore the low-cost production of content for children that could be circulated online. The content was to be produced in the form of puppets. The project aimed to ultimately create content for children to counterbalance the heavy and often inappropriate content found online. The aim of the project was to produce 5, 3-minute episodes of Tutu the Puppet.
